- Discovery- Virtual meeting to understand your business, requirements, past experiences and answer any questions.
- Onboarding and Processing- set up the system with a dedicated person for ongoing support.
- Monitoring, Delivery and feedback- Providing job status with expected delivery date, Delivering draft accounts, incorporating changes/feedback (if any) and working closely with your team.
Example- Mechanism
- Access documents and information through remote access or common cloud drive (as applicable and convenient) or for bookkeeping third party applications such as Dext, HubDoc etc.
- Tasks are completed and reviewed within agreed turnaround time from complete document receipt.
- Once you give your feedback for final changes (if any), we implement the necessary changes that are required and then share the final version of the task.
